I got what I expected after reading reviews before booking. It's a few minutes walking from the
busy street, so it's nice and quiet. Rooms are basic (we stayed in a fan room) and bed comfortable. For the money you're paying I wouldn't say you're expecting a high-end hotel room either.

The staff were above and beyond to make our stay perfect, we had a room swap because there were a few issues with the room but after the swap we were so so so happy with everything in the room. Brilliant location away from the loud music every night on the beach. Close to the view point. Free tea and coffee available. Lockers available. Brilliant guesthouse.

I only stayed 1 night and the room was more than ok. It's also very well placed. You can leave your luggage in case you arrive to early or if you want to wander around a bit more after your check out.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Had 3 in a fan room which I found too uncomfortable then upgraded to a double room with air con. Rooms are good enough and for the price can't argue. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. Would 100% stay again if I was in Phi Phi

The location is basically perfect, a short walk to town and party, a short stumble home to peaceful quiet. Somehow the raucous noise of the beach parties is completely muted at this location. Complementary bag carry to and from the pier made life easy.

Nice bed, very communicative and helpful staff . Aircon is powerful. Big towels provided! Location is ok if you want to relax, but takes a but to walk for nice beaches, on the other hand parties are very close.

Me and my friend booked an aircon twin private room for 600 baht, which only costs each one of us 300 baht per night. It's very cheap consider we're on the koh phi phi island and we have our own private room. The location was very good. It was close to the bars and the town. But far enough so we didn't hear the music at all. Great value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at Coco's. The staff was wonderful. We needed a later check out (30 minutes) and some help down to the ferry and they were awesome. We had a great time there.

Coco's Guest House is a few walk from the Pier, however they provide free pick up for your luggage upon arrival while you walk on the way to the location with their staff. Coco's have restaurants and convenience store nearby. It is a great place to stay with a reasonable price. Best point is- They have an ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF. Room Tip: Communicate with the hotel via online to ask for best room suggestions.

Myself and my girlfriend came to PhiPhi without any idea where to stay and were recommended here by a friend. The place really did not disappoint us at all. The room was spacious and the shower was good and the bed... importantly was v comfy! It's only a short walk to the beach and restaurants ..and the value for money is excellent compared to other places in PhiPhi that really don't compare for he price you pay.

Nice sized room located close to the main nightlife areas of Phi Phi but far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep. Aircon was really good, shower was great, beds clean and comfy. They are the main things really! Perfect for a couple of nights on the island. Coco's is walking distance to ferry port, beaches including Long Beach and viewing points, restaurants, bars etc.

n the budget trip it was very nice place to stay. Close to bars and the beach. Clean rooms good service. Stayed in the room with the fan but it was ok. reception service was very nice polite. On check out luggage were brought to pier free of charge.

Customer service excellence! We had really good wifi all stay. All staff smiley and helpful; definitely ask for the porter service to meet you at the ferry as it's just out of the village - worth it to be a bit more peaceful though, especially as we had a child. Overall, accommodation as expected from phi phi with reasonable value for money given the location but made excellent by the staff.

“Customer service excellent”
Stayed 2 nights here and wanted to write to praise Kayla for her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Watched her busy all day but look after every guest with a smile (even a very difficult one) and payed special attention to our daughter! Overall, accommodation as expected from phi phi with reasonable value for money given the location but made excellent by the staff.
