Please please do not be put off by the mixed reviews about Coco’s! We were unsure whether to book after some of the reviews we read on trip advisor but we are so glad that we did! Coco’s was great! The room is basic with air conditioning, it is super clean and has an en-suite bathroom. It’s in a great location; about a 5 min walk from Phi Phi Viewpoint, 10 min walk to bars and restaurants and the same to the beach! The owner is sooo lovely and friendly, she helped us book a Phi Phi half day snorkelling trip (WHICH WAS AMAZING!) and also assisted us in booking our boat ticket to our next island! We have been travelling for 8 weeks and Coco’s is one of the best value for money places we have stayed in! Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

Everything, great location, 5 min walk to main centre and beach, was pretty quiet, friendly staff, our daughter was always downstairs talking with the girls. The guy there was great, took our bags to and from ferry, made our daughter 2 bracelets. Comfy beds lovely cold shower, even had a monkey vist us.

The location is super, to the right of the View Point Hotel, close to party places, but the hotel is located in a quiet back street. From the pier you can walk for 10 minutes. Very friendly and responsive hosts, worth hot pot with hot water and sutra treat coffee! Very clean. For your money, the perfect option.

Great place to stay for the price. Near enough to the bars to go out at night but far away that it's not loud. The outside seating was nice as it meant we could meet our neighbor's. The room was quite hot but that was expected without AC.

Superb Guesthouse. My wife and I stayed here while we visited the island and thought it was great! The room is basic with air conditioning, but includes everything en-suite. It is far enough from the center that we were never disturbed by the parties. Highly recommend.

Me and my partner were on a budget travel trip around Thailand, and this was one of the cheapest places we found on Phi Phi and the staff was lovely, very happy with the place for what we paid for and away from the loud beach. If you want a good budget stay this is a great option for Phi Phi. Loud neighbours and people walking past at night, but thats Phi Phi island for you, not the guest houses fault

Considering the reviews I was a bit unsure about this guesthouse, but I'm glad I did everything aside and went. It is close to the center but far enough to be able to rest quietly at night, and then less than 10 minutes from downtown or the downtown beaches in case you want to go for a drink. The staff of the hostel was very attentive, welcomed us with two bottles of cold water that was like a caress to the soul! haha ... the room really good, with air conditioning and bathroom en suite, is one of those bathrooms where the toilet and shower are part of the same environment. We had booked for one night and ended up staying three nights here. Highly Recommended

This was a great place for the price we paid. The front desk girls were extremely nice and helpful. They offered us better prices on activities and transportation leaving Ko Phi Phi. I liked the location because we couldn’t hear the loud music and it was right by the viewpoint.

Was a nice private hostel away from all of the madness. The shower and toilet were together in one hot steamy room, the room itself got really cold at night and was only provided with sheets so I suggest bringing another blanket if you get cold at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Really friendly staff Had everything you needed and good value for money We ended up one night in phi phi without a hotel/room and we booked and arrived a few moments later and was great! Very simple but can recommend

The room was basic but very clean and comfortable .in a great location just past the viewpoint. Staff were super nice .tea n coffee in morning. loved the location so much
