Great location and amazing staff. We stayed in the superior triple room and it was great! Very clean and well maintained room with a good bathroom too. TV was a cool touch, great balcony for smokos, and the shower was nice and hot. Read a lot of complaints in the reviews before arriving so my expectations were low and this place blew me away. Super helpful staff as well and they carried our bags from the pier so we were stoked. Obviously it’s not a huge room, but it suited our needs well and got cool quickly with the aircon. Extra stuff: no bugs in the room, no blanket/duvet but the sheet provided does the trick, wifi is a bit weak (maybe just our room) but u can get data/4G cheap in Thailand anyway, really friendly cats around, free coffee/tea in the morning, close to reggae bar. Overall a great spot for enjoying Koh Phi Phi and better than the reviews suggest in my opinion.

Friendly staff, good location - the harbour, main beach and viewpoint all within 15min walk - a little bit away from the bars, so you can sleep at night if you want to. It was fine to store luggage after check out.

The place was nice and clean, it was quite hot so if there’s an ac option I would recommend it. Free coffee in the morning, close to the view point. There’s a little table with chairs outside every room and a wash line which was very helpful.

Best budget guesthouse so far. Very puzzled by low scores here. The lady was incredibly helpful and friendly every day, and the air conditioned room was smallish but of very good quality for the price. No bugs, no gaps in the construction, and happily, there was room and equipment to dry clothes. Overall it was the best cheap guesthouse I've stayed in Thailand in 12 years. Read less

The great location; private outdoor area; had no rivals between services offered and costs; then much of the magic made it the place which was fantastic in all respects (opinion of habitual traveler). The air conditioner directs the air directly on it being positioned frontally in bed and being the minute chamber; suggestion x the structure; a fridge in the room is necessary and highly recommended; lack of electrical sockets (2 sun, one of which is located almost on the ceiling). Overall, however, I value the very positive structure.

Beds were great despite other reviews seeming to complain about them a lot. The room got filthy after a couple days due to trailing in sand from beach which is perfectly walkable. Staff did offer to clean the room but not until our 3rd or 4th day of staying there, daily cleaning would have made the stay far more enjoyable. Basic but overall brilliant place for the price on the island.

The place is really nice, super clean, close to the beach, markets and restaurants and in the evening really quiet: which is big plus for Phi Phi Island. It’s also really close to the Viewpoint, 15-20 mins walk. When you wake up early in the morning (5-6 am), you will have the morning sunrise and view just for yourself! The host is always around, really friendly woman who will book any tour or bus for you for a really good price! Definitely one of the best accomodations we’ve stayed in Thailand.

Had an awesome stay at COCOS would recommend 10/10 they provided us with a private room for $300ish baht. Best deal on the island for 2 persons that we found. We had a private bathroom and our own balcony. They provide free tea and coffee until 2 pm would stay here again

Had an awesome stay at COCOS would recommend 10/10 they provided us with a private room for 300ish baht. Best deal on the island for 2 persons that we found. We had a private bathroom and our own balcony. They provide free tea and coffee until 2 pm would stay here again
